(1) Users on an active paid plan may purchase on-demand credits for additional monthly access. These credits roll over from month to month and remain valid for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, the unused credits will expire. To ensure older credits do not expire unused, the system consumes credits in the order of payment, prioritizing the oldest purchases first. Please note that an active paid subscription is required to utilize any remaining on-demand credit balance.

(2) Our money-back guarantee policy applies to Pro and Ultra plans. A full refund is available within 15 days of the payment date. After the 15 days period, the refundable amount is calculated by deducting the portion of the service used, determined by either the percentage of days elapsed or the percentage of credits consumed, whichever value is higher.
